Do I have to be fit to start?

A:

Absolutely not!  We have different options to include personal training and group fitness classes that are modifiable to all fitness levels. Even beginners!

Q:

Can I do my own programs?

A:

Yes!  We would love to have you be part of our community and participate in group classes, but we understand everyone has different goals. There are times set aside for open gym hours throughout the day that will allow someone who does their own program or one of our individually designed program to utilize our 5500 square foot facility.
